AsyncAndroid: Getting Started with MotionLayout

Wow, what a weird time to be alive, huh? I’m writing this on Day 29 of the lockdown in South Africa due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m not sure I have the right words to address the current situation, nor the expertise to talk about it. However, I am good at talking about Android and so I’ll talk about that instead. 😀

Whilst I’ve been cooped up in my house for a while now, I’ve been creating content to help others learn more about Android Dev in general. I’m excited to have collaborated with a bunch of great developers to create content on YouTube with loads of interesting stuff for you to learn about. Basically an async conference, of sorts. Not to be confused with an AsyncTask, we don’t talk about those anymore 😜.

This is a collaborative effort by members of the Android community. The aim of this project is to share and learn from each other and become better developers.

There are a bunch of talks now available online on YouTube that can be found here.

My talk dives into how you can get started with MotionLayout, similar to my basics of ConstraintLayout Videos that you may have watched, this one will hopefully give you an easy introduction to using MotionLayout.
